Aya's Future Travel Nurse Scholarship

We’re dedicated to helping aspiring nurses advance their education and impact patient lives. The Aya Healthcare Future Travel Nurse Scholarship was created to put more great nurses in the field.

Who’s eligible?
Full-time nursing students, or those with proof of acceptance to a nursing program at an accredited institution in the U.S., who:

Are in good academic standing with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
Are involved in extracurricular organizations and/or volunteer work.
Are passionate about patient care and a career in healthcare.

Please note: Current Aya nurses aren’t eligible for this scholarship. Check out our Aya Scholars Program.

The application deadline for the current calendar year’s scholarship awards is 11:59 p.m. PT. on the December due date. Recipients will be notified on or around January 31 of the following calendar year.

List and describe your extracurricular memberships and/or organizations. (Non-school related or student organizations, health sciences groups, organizational committees, etc.)

List and describe any volunteer work you completed.

List any honors and awards you received, or presentations, publications, and/or scholarly activities you completed.

Upload your 500-word essay that answers the following questions:

• What aspects of nursing are you looking forward to most?
• Where do you see yourself professionally in five years?
• What goals do you have for your nursing career?
• Bonus question for overachievers: Why are you considering travel nursing with Aya Healthcare?
