Gene and Martha Hamilton Nursing Endowment

To honor the memory of Gene and Martha Hamilton, who valued the importance of higher education, and the value of earning a degree, particularly for first-generation students. It is our hope the recipients of this scholarship will make a positive difference in the lives of countless patients while improving the nursing profession and ultimately creating healthier communities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Recipients of the Scholarship must be accepted into a UNT Health College of Nursing degree program.
• First preference for recipients of the Scholarship is for first-generation students.

Recipient must maintain the above requirements to receive the scholarship for spring semester. Failure to do so could result in a loss of scholarship benefits.
