Moorman Family Endowed Scholarship

The Moorman Family Endowed Scholarship was established in 2008 by now retired faculty member Dr. Thomas Moorman and his wife Melissa Moorman. Dr. Thomas Moorman served in many capacities at UNT Health since 1994, including Coordinator for Student Development, Director of Admissions, Clinical Assistant Professor an VP for Student Affairs. This scholarship supports students that have shown to be a leader on campus.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must demonstrate leadership through involvement in academic, church, or community activities
• Must have participated in community service or volunteer work.
• Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0

Recipient must maintain the above requirements to receive the scholarship for spring semester. Failure to do so could result in a loss of scholarship benefits.
