Nicholas D. and Anna Ricco Ethics Endowed Award for School of Health Professions

The Nicholas D. and Anna Ricco Ethics Endowed Award for School of Health Professions was established in 2018 by Nicholas and Anna Ricco, friends of UNTHSC to support students in the School of Health Professions and promote intellectual debate and discussion on ethics as related to the daily life and/or focus of study at UNTHSC. It is intended to stimulate the students to new heights of reasoning and self-discipline. The ultimate result will be a higher level of ethical understanding in one’s area of study and daily life. By applying for this award, students will recognize and better comprehend the need for a higher understanding of ethics in their personal and professional lives.

Eligibility Criteria

Pursuing a degree in Health Professions
Must be in good academic standing
Must meet federal guidelines for financial need. Applicants must complete the entire FAFSA process by May 1st.

Recipient must maintain the above requirements to receive the scholarship for spring semester. Failure to do so could result in a loss of scholarship benefits.
