Walgreens Diversity & Inclusion Excellence Award

The Walgreens Diversity & Inclusion Excellence Award is available to any student pursuing a degree in the College of Pharmacy at UNTHSC.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be pursuing a degree in the College of Pharmacy at UNTHSC
• Must be in good academic standing
• Must be interested in community pharmacy
• Must embrace diversity and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives on campus or must represent an underrepresented group in Pharmacy
• Must answer the supplemental question -
  Describe your interest in impacting healthcare and health disparities in the community and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) either through employment, community service, or other involvement in social impact activities.

Recipient must maintain the above requirements to receive the scholarship for spring semester. Failure to do so could result in a loss of scholarship benefits.
