US citizen, permanent resident; must be resident of Hawaii; applicant must be of Filipino ancestry, enrolled FT in health-related professions; must provide essay & transcript; must demonstrate character, financial need and academic achievement. Applicants must have: have filed FAFSA and have SAR; minimum GPA 3.0, preference given to students studying IN Hawaii, applicants must have permanent address in Hawaii; applicants who take up mainland residency must have relatives living in Hawaii. Deadline approx. Feb 15th each year.
