Welsford and Mildred Clark Medical Memorial Scholarship Fund

TCOM students (current 3rd years). Scholarships are granted upon application to those students who satisfy requirements best. Resident of CT for 5 yrs; if you did not attend HS in CT, please explain how you meet this requirement & state where you are registered to vote; 3rd yr Medical student (scholarship to cover 4th year); enrollment in a not-for-profit medical school accredited by the AMA and/or WHO; financial need; academic excellence proven with transcript and the results of participation in Part I National Boards; extracurricular interests & community service; letters of recommendation from 2 faculty and Dean; stmt of applicants method of financial support during previous years of school (including personal income statement of the applicant & spouse if married); stmt concerning the applicants plan for medical career.
