The Irene S. Wischer Education Foundation Scholarship

All students. The Irene S. Wischer Education Foundation Scholarship provides college scholarships to exceptional students. Frost administers the program on Mrs. Wischer’s behalf, and the day-to-day operations are managed by ETS Scholarship and Recognition Programs (SRP). Be a US citizen, legal TX resident for 12 consecutive months prior to completing scholarship application; be a person of good character; demonstrate academic potential and ability; demonstrate a need for financial assistance. Application packet is on their website. Deadline each year is approximately March 1st.
