Dr. T. Eugene Zachary Rural Quasi Endowed Scholarship

The Dr. T. Eugene Zachary Rural Quasi Endowed Scholarship was established in 2018 by UNTHSC in memory of retired faculty member Dr. Eugene Zachery to support TCOM students in the Rural Osteopathic Medical Education Program at UNTHSC.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing a degree in Osteopathic Medicine
• Must be a third-year or fourth-year TCOM student
• Must be accepted into the Rural Osteopathic Medical Education of Texas (ROME) program
• Must answer the supplemental questions below -
  Please explain your commitment to osteopathic principles and interest in Rural Family Medicine.

Recipient must maintain the above requirements to receive the spring scholarship. Failure to do so could result in a loss of scholarship benefits.
