Rohr, Tompson, Zima 4th Year Scholarship

The Rohr, Tompson, Zima 4th Year Scholarship was established in 2021 by the Community Hospital Foundation in memory of the three physicians that established the Community Hospital. This scholarship will help continue their legacy and assist in the continuation of the DO education program at UNTHSC. The scholarship will support TCOM students with the following awards each semester.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing a degree in Osteopathic Medicine
• Must be a fourth-year TCOM student
• Must specialize in Primary Care
• Must meet federal guidelines for financial need. Applicants must complete the entire FAFSA process by May 1st.
• Must answer the supplemental questions below -
  Why did you choose this major and area of specialization?
  What are your educational and career goals and how will this scholarship help you achieve them?

Recipient must maintain the above requirements to receive the spring scholarship. Failure to do so could result in a loss of scholarship benefits.
