Second, third year, and fourth medical student, Texas resident, demonstrated academic ability and desire, character, good citizenship, leadership and economic necessity that cannot reasonably be satisfied from other sources. Application, photo, current original transcript, a brief, typed narrative concerning educational goals, financial needs and extra curricular activities, and one letter of reference.
