American Medical Association Physicians of Tomorrow Scholarship

The AMA Foundation has made it a priority to assist medical students in handling the rising cost of medical education. The Physicians of Tomorrow Awards were created in 2004 to provide financial assistance to medical students facing spiraling medical school debt. Academic excellence; financial need. Current 3rd year medical student approaching 4th year. Can only submit through Dean or Dean’s designee and can only submit one nomination. Need application completed by FA; three supporting letters (1 pg personal statement from student outlining his or her career goals in the field of medicine, letter of rec). Deadline is normally May 30th each year, applications are available in February.
